hi seb and crew,
i ain't critical of everything y'all do on the site. we have one thing we seem to have quashed, the scammers. i have not been contacted by any for sometime. let's hope they stay away. i put a warning on all of my auctions via my description html, and i would advise the other sellers to do the same or have delcampe put a warning on the site. we are watching and we will turn you in. this ain't ebay or yahoo. and i remember you scammers well from both sites. the only good thing i can say about the u.s. is we do have the postal inspection service. if you have a problem with a scammer here and he uses our mail system, you can make a complaint to the postal inspectors and they will investigate. i did this with a guy i bought coins from on ebay. it took a while but i got my money returned when he didn't deliver the goods. i don't know what you can do in europe or other parts of the world. so just be careful out there. use registered mail for security. i know a lot of europeans don't trust it, but what else do you have? so far, it has worked for me. thankfully. take care y'all. and merci seb. :cop: :applause:
a bientot,

a bientot,
cajunsr.

That was an interesting posting cajunsr.
The problem with using Registered Post in UK is that since the latest increases it costs a MINIMUM of GB£4.30 (over US$8.50) and more for overseas sendings.
Most of the items we are selling just will not justify that cost.
However in over ten years selling on ebay and here, I have only been cheated four times, so most people are honest.
Best Wishes.
James
