Great graphics in this scarce postally unused c. 1907-1915 patriotic postcard, artist signed by Ellen Clapsaddle, showing a young boy commemorating the Union Army (the Grand Army of the Republic) on Decoration Day, the predecessor of Memorial Day. Reads: “Pride, and glory and honor, all/live in the colors to stand or fall.” In excellent condition, and a desirable military or holiday collectible in excellent condition!
